Etrading Software is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to help shape and deliver complex financial technology products. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in Agile environments, translates business needs into clear user stories, and brings experience from fintech or capital markets.

What You’ll Do

• Document project terms of reference, workflows, and functional requirements

• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases

• Act as the SME for CTP business analysis-engaging directly with stakeholders, clients, and tech teams

• Design business processes and propose solutions aligned with strategic goals

• Perform data analysis and generate insights to support product direction

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and collaborate with global teams (UK, EU, Manila)

• Present analysis findings to senior stakeholders and regulators

• Lead and support continuous improvements in both product and process delivery

What You Bring

• 5-12 years as a Business Analyst in a Scrum Agile environment.

• Strong expertise in writing user stories and managing product backlogs.

• Familiar with SDLC and Agile delivery frameworks.

• Skilled in UML tools (e.g., BPMN, state diagrams, data models).

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Preferred

• Experience with capital markets, Bonds, or regulatory reporting

• Exposure to Product Owner responsibilities or technical delivery coordination

• Background in financial data platforms or post-trade transparency
